Electrical insulating mats manufactured to ASTM D178, covering Class 0 through Class 4 for use voltages from 1.0 kV to 36.0 kV. Built for substations, switchgear rooms, control panels, generator rooms and data center power distribution areas where technicians need certified floor protection during live equipment work.
Supplied as standard Type I, with Type II available on request for added ozone, flame or oil resistance. Minimum tensile strength of 4.83 MPa, minimum elongation at break of 250 percent, and moisture absorption capped at 1.5 percent for Type I and 3 percent for Type II.
Rolls come in 1 metre widths, with lengths up to 30 metres depending on class and thickness. Both side textured anti skid finish available. Custom sizes and Type II variants made to order.
