Full job description

A production operator's job involves overseeing and operating machinery to manufacture products, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production processes. Key duties include monitoring equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, conducting quality checks, following safety protocols, and maintaining accurate production records. Operators must also collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Machinery: Control and monitor production equipment to ensure it runs efficiently and produces goods to specifications.
Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent output.
Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
Documentation: Record production data, update logs, and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher.

Pay: 19k to 40k per month
