Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and meet production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any Engineering degree

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in manufacturing / production

Strong leadership & team-handling skills

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily shop floor operations and workforce

Ensure production targets are met as per timeline

Maintain quality and safety standards

Coordinate with planning, quality, and stores teams

Report daily production data to management

Train and monitor operators and technicians
