Position: AR Caller – US Healthcare

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: Best in Industry

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Highlights:

Handle insurance claim follow-up with US-based providers

Resolve denials, pending claims, and AR issues

Work on tools like Athena, Kareo, or similar EMR systems

Achieve collection targets and maintain quality

Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in AR Calling (US RCM Process)

Strong communication in English (verbal & written)

Good understanding of denials, EOBs, and appeals

Willingness to work night shifts (cab provided)
