Job Description:
We are hiring Telugu Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in the Telugu language. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates must be fluent in Telugu and possess good listening and communication skills. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in Telugu with professionalism and courtesy.

Provide information, resolve queries, and escalate issues when needed.

Maintain customer records and update details in the system.

Achieve targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Skills Required:

Fluency in Telugu (spoken) and basic communication in English/Hindi (preferred).

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.

Willingness to work in shifts.

Basic computer knowledge.
