We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our English Voice Process team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires excellent communication skills in English, along with the ability to handle conversations professionally and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should be able to listen actively, understand customer concerns, and provide timely and accurate solutions. You will also be required to update call records in the system and follow up on unresolved issues when necessary. A basic understanding of computers and a good typing speed will be beneficial for this role.

This opportunity is suitable for graduates or even 12th-pass candidates who possess strong communication skills. Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
