Job Description:

We are hiring for a Hindi Voice Process role in customer support. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product or service-related queries in Hindi.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls in Hindi and provide required support

Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally

Record call details and update CRM system

Maintain polite and helpful communication

Meet daily call targets and service quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

10th / 12th / Any Graduate

Good communication skills in Hindi (English/basic regional language is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Must be willing to work in rotational/day shifts

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in Hindi (clear and polite communication)
