Responsibilities:
Electronic Hardware & Circuit Design Maintenance: Examine, maintain, optimise, and troubleshoot PCB control units, power supply, analog/digital I/O modules, signal amplifiers, and embedded hardware assemblies.
Board-Level Component Diagnostics & Repair: To fix malfunctioning circuit boards down to the component level, use surface-mount and through-hole soldering, component testing, and oscilloscope signal analysis.
Sensor Integration & Signal Conditioning: Set up, adjust, and connect industrial sensors to data acquisition modules, PLCs, or microcontrollers.
Embedded Firmware & Protocol Diagnostics: Write, debug, and update embedded microcontroller firmware; troubleshoot fieldbus communications.
Preventive Maintenance & Hardware Reliability: To avoid unexpected electronic control failures, schedule and execute regular electronic health checks, power supply ripple analysis, circuit board thermal imaging, and ESD safety audits.

Required Skills:
Analogue and Digital Circuit Troubleshooting: Proficient in using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, multimeters, and function generators to read intricate circuit diagrams, trace signal lines, and test electronic boards.
Embedded Systems & Firmware Development: Excellent knowledge of communication protocols, C/C++ programming for embedded systems, and microcontroller architectures (ARM, STM32, PIC).
Board-Level Repair & Soldering: Expertise in PCB trace repair, precise SMD/through-hole soldering, desoldering methods, and ESD-safe component handling procedures.
Sensors, Instrumentation & Power Electronics: Extensive understanding of voltage regulators, switching power supplies (SMPS), op-amps, signal conditioning circuits, and industrial sensor interfacing.
