Job Description:
The main "Signal Integrity Anchor" and "Process Control Loop Guardian" of our actual production facilities is the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician – Manufacturing Industries (Control Loops, Calibration & Process Automation Specialist). Your principal responsibility is to maintain the electrical power connections, instrument networks, pneumatic pathways, and automated control loops that power our processing systems, while mechanical engineers handle structural asset wear and pure equipment assembly. This includes maintaining plant control networks, updating instrument loop diagrams, troubleshooting variable frequency drives, carrying out thorough instrument calibration plans, and offering quick diagnostic interventions during unexpected automated system failures.

Key Skills:
P&ID, Wiring Blueprint, and Loop Sheet Literacy: The capacity to read, comprehend, and trace intricate electrical circuit schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and individual loop connection pages.
Metrology & Calibration Hardware Competency: Complete proficiency in the safe use of process verification hardware, such as HART/Fieldbus communicators, pressure hand pumps, multifunction loop calibrators, and dry-block temperature baths.
Industrial Controls & Drive Diagnostics: Expertise in wiring, scaling, and optimising industrial PID controllers, safety interlock switches, variable frequency drives, and motor starters.
Principles of Installation in Hazardous Zones: Strict Lockout-Tagout safety procedures, safe grounding loops, and international explosive environment installation rules are all clearly understood.
