Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, electromagnetic flow meters, radar level gauges, and analytical probes are just a few of the field instruments that can be calibrated, tested, configured, and maintained.
Control Loop & Valve Troubleshooting: React quickly to floor-level process automation malfunctions by diagnostically examining digital smart positioners, electro-pneumatic transverters, and modulating control valves to address unpredictable loop patterns.
Electrical Infrastructure Maintenance: Diagnose and fix single-phase and three-phase power components, such as control panel wiring terminals, motor control centers, low-voltage distribution lines, and magnetic contactors.
Automation Interface Maintenance: Help automation engineers trace fieldbus networks, replace defective I/O modules or power couplings, and confirm programmable logic controller input/output allocations.
Pneumatic & FieldSignal SystemCare: To guarantee optimal signal transmission, maintain, leak-test, and perform repairs on solenoid valves, junction boxes, copper/poly tubing runs, and instrument air distribution headers.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
