Experience: 0 to 2 years

Salary: Above 15k per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate building automation systems for HVAC, lighting, and fire safety.

Respond to system alarms and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.

Perform regular inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety compliance.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Maintain accurate logs of system performance, incidents, and adjustments.

Optimize energy usage through system settings and controls.

Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of BMS software and automation systems.

Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to issues.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
