We are seeking experienced CNC and VMC Operators to join our manufacturing team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in operating CNC and VMC machines, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities :
• Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines according to specifications and drawings.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with machines as needed.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to produce parts accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a CNC or VMC operator (3-8 years).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of CNC and VMC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of machining processes and techniques.
