Job Description
Key Skills:
Advanced CAD/CAM applications Proficiency: Expert practical knowledge of CAM and 3D CAD applications.
G-Code/M-Code & Controller Knowledge: Proficiency in macro programming, post-processor changes, significant controller logic, and raw G-code/M-code programming.
GD&T & Machining Process Engineering: Proficiency in interpreting GD&T symbols, workholding design concepts, tight tolerances, and surface finish specifications.
Cutting Speeds, Feeds, and Material Science: Comprehensive understanding of tool wear mechanisms, chip load estimates, metal cutting dynamics, and ideal machining techniques for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
