Focus Skills:
CNC Machinery Operation & Controls: Practical experience with main controller interfaces to operate CNC turning centers or VMC equipment (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mitsubishi).
Strong comprehension of mechanical drawings, GD&T symbols, engineering tolerances, and the usage of micrometres, vernier callipers, dial indicators, and bore gauges are all necessary for accurate measurement and blueprint reading.
Tooling & Offset Adjustments: Accurate wear and geometry offset adjustments as well as a strong grasp of cutting tools (carbide inserts, end mills, drills, and taps).
Shop Floor Safety & Coolant Management: In-depth knowledge of emergency stop protocols, chip handling, safe machining techniques, and coolant maintenance.
