Job Description:

We are hiring CAM Programmers to develop CNC programs for VMCs and other machines, ensuring high precision, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing. The role requires expertise in CAD/CAM software, knowledge of CNC operations, and the ability to collaborate with production teams to resolve machining challenges.

Job Title: CAM Programmer (2 Vacancies)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Develop CNC programs using engineering drawings and 3D models.

Optimize tool paths and select appropriate cutting tools for speed and accuracy.

Collaborate with Setters, Operators, and Production teams for smooth workflows.

Revise and update CAM programs to meet new requirements and improve efficiency.

Ensure manufactured parts meet required quality standards.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in CAM software (Preferred: FeatureCAM, MasterCAM).

Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, G-code, and M-code.

Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings (including GD&T).

Good understanding of materials and machining tools.

Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
