Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Interview)

About the Role:

We are looking for fresh ITI/Diploma holders who are interested in building their career as VMC Machine Operators in a reputed manufacturing company located in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for technical freshers who are ready to work on vertical machining centers (VMC) and learn the fundamentals of CNC operations in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and operation of VMC machines under supervision

Understand and follow work instructions from senior operators or supervisors

Load and unload parts onto the machine

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace

Record daily production data as instructed

Follow shift timing and production deadlines

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of machining and technical processes

Willingness to learn machine handling and operations

Ability to read basic mechanical drawings (optional but preferred)

Good work ethics and punctuality

Willingness to work in shift-based roles

Strong attention to safety and detail

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Tool & Die, Mechanical, etc.)

Diploma in Mechanical or related trades

Experience:

Fresher (0 to 1 Year)

On-the-job training will be provided
