The course equips your staff with the knowledge and skills to spot signs of team members experiencing poor mental health and be confident to start a conversation and signpost a person to appropriate support. As MHFAider, they will also be a part of the MHFAider community in India, gaining access to resources and ongoing learning to give them the tools and knowledge they need to carry out their role effectively and confidently.
