Job Description

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for our English Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills in English and the ability to handle calls professionally and courteously.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and listening).

Good interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills, CRM tools).

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).

Qualification:

Any Graduate / 12th pass with strong English skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Location: Chennai

Pay: Upto 18k per month
