YEIDA has launched the Group Housing Plot Scheme 2026 (Scheme Code: YEA-GH-12/2026) in YEIDA City. The scheme includes multiple group housing plots across sectors 17, 18, 20 and 22D, with plot sizes ranging from 11,513 Sqm to 50,600 Sqm. Applications open from 25 September 2026, the scheme closes on 26 October 2026, and the e-auction is scheduled for 18 November 2026 from 11:00 AM. Only financially and technically qualified bidders will be eligible to participate in the e-auction. yeida group housing
The scheme is intended for group housing projects, with development subject to YEIDA building regulations and applicable norms. The brochure also specifies a 90-year lease period from execution of the lease deed.
