Why Is Spotify Premium APK Not Downloading Songs Offline

I’ve been using Spotify Premium APK on my phone, but I’m running into a problem with the offline download feature. The app shows the option to download songs, but when I try, it either gets stuck or the songs don’t actually save for offline playback. Sometimes it even says “Download failed” without giving a reason.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Is it because of the version of the APK I’m using, or is offline mode not fully supported in modded versions of Spotify? If you’ve found a working fix or a version where offline downloads work properly, please share your experience.
