Camel milk is often marketed as being “better” than cow milk, but that’s not entirely true. While camel milk does have some unique nutrients like higher vitamin C and certain immune-boosting proteins, it’s not automatically a superior choice for everyone.
For starters, cow milk is more affordable, easier to find, and richer in calcium and B vitamins. Camel milk can taste slightly salty, spoil faster, and it’s expensive because production is limited.
