What are the best office space locations in Hyderabad

Okay, let’s be honest, if you’ve been hunting for office space in Hyderabad recently, you already know how wild the market’s gotten between new IT parks, coworking hubs, and growing demand from startups and MNCs alike. Choosing the right area isn’t as straightforward as it used to be.

From what I’ve seen, these are the top spots people are flocking to right now:

1. Madhapur & Hitech City: Still the OG tech corridor. If you’re in IT or product startups, this is pretty much where most of the action happens. Great infrastructure, premium office towers, and coworking spaces. But yes traffic during peak hours can be a pain. Gachibowli: It’s come up so strong in the last few years. A lot of fintech, IT, and consulting firms are moving operations here. Plus, with new coworking spaces popping up, even smaller startups are setting up shop.

2. Financial District (Nanakramguda): If you’re looking for Grade A+ spaces and proximity to big tech players, this area is clean, green, and still slightly more peaceful than Madhapur.

3. Kondapur: More affordable than Hitech City but still well-connected. A favorite for mid-sized companies and those who need bigger spaces on a modest budget.

4. Begumpet & Banjara Hills: Not tech hubs but great for corporate offices, agencies, and businesses that prefer a quieter central location with premium office options.
