The basic purpose of Property Management is to take care of the property & its assets, to upgrade the property & its valuation & optimise its assets. For example, in an MNC with an occupancy of approximately 2 – 3 k people, it might be tough to understand which AC is not working or which light in the whole office is fused. While in small spaces it would have been easier, but in a bigger office it’s tough to go and check manually. If a ticket is raised for the same, it will be easier for an electrician to check for the same. This way, property management can be a huge help for big businesses.
