Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Qualifications: B. Com,M. Com, MBA in Finance Related Field ,Additional certifications in Tally or accounting software is a plus

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team in Anna Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, GST, and TDS processes. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP

Manage GST filings, return preparation, and reconciliation

Handle TDS deduction, filing, and compliance

Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation

Maintain accurate financial records and reports

Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes

Liaise with auditors and tax consultants when required

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in Tally ERP

Good understanding of GST laws and compliance

Knowledge of TDS rules and return filing

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Attention to detail and ability to work independently
