We are looking for a Machine Learning Trainer to provide practical and industry-oriented training in machine learning concepts, algorithms, and applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ML, Python, data analysis, and the ability to explain technical concepts through hands-on exercises and real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Machine Learning concepts and applications.
Teach supervised, unsupervised, and basic reinforcement learning concepts.
Train students on algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and decision trees.
Provide hands-on training using Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and related tools.
Explain data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
Guide trainees in developing machine learning projects and applications.
Prepare training materials, assignments, exercises, and project modules.
Conduct coding tests, assessments, and practical evaluations.
Help students troubleshoot coding and machine learning model issues.
Explain model performance metrics and techniques for improving model accuracy.
Stay updated with current machine learning tools, techniques, and industry trends.
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Python programming.
Good understanding of NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and visualization.
Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
Previous ML development or training experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong ML knowledge and relevant project experience may also apply.
