We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our software applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze software requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and software applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.
Re-test resolved defects and verify fixes.
Participate in requirement and design review meetings.
Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand and resolve issues.
Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
Ensure applications meet functional and business requirements.
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing where required.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes and quality standards.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Knowledge of manual testing concepts and methodologies.
Experience in writing and executing test cases.
Good understanding of defect life cycle.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
