Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation

Maintain employee records and HR database

Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)

Support employee relations, grievance handling, and performance appraisal

Manage exit processes and final settlements

Skills Required:

Strong HR operations knowledge and labor law expertise

Proficient in MS Office & HR software (HRMS)

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
