We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Data Scientist to collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support business decisions and develop predictive models. The ideal candidate should have expertise in statistics, machine learning, data visualization, and programming to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
Develop predictive and statistical models using machine learning techniques.
Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from large datasets.
Validate and optimize models for accuracy and performance.
Machine Learning & AI
Design, build, and deploy machine learning algorithms.
Develop classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation models.
Evaluate model performance and implement improvements.
Research and apply the latest AI and data science techniques.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning (Freshers with strong projects may apply).
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Statistics, and Machine Learning.
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
