Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Setter to set up and prepare CNC machines for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in machining operations. The role involves selecting and installing appropriate tools, calibrating machines, loading programs, and performing test runs to verify precision before handing over to CNC Operators. The CNC Setter will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, making necessary adjustments, and maintaining safety standards in the workplace.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup and tooling.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Basic knowledge of CNC programming .

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Hands-on experience with measuring instruments like micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field.

Salary: Above 20k per month
