Job description :

Machine Setup: Prepare the CNC cutting machine for operation, which includes loading the required materials, securing them in place, and configuring the machine settings based on the job's specifications
Programming: Create or load CNC programs into the machine's control system
These programs contain instructions for the machine to follow, including the cutting paths, speeds, and depths
Material Selection: Choose the appropriate materials and verify their dimensions to ensure they match the specifications in the design
Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and measurements to ensure that the cut materials meet the required quality and precision standards
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy
Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on the CNC cutting machine, such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
Report any issues that require extensive repairs to maintenance personnel
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that the machine is operating safely
This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety procedures
Troubleshooting: Identify and address issues that may arise during the cutting process, such as tool wear, material irregularities, or program errors
Efficiency: Optimize machine settings and cutting processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce production time
Documentation: Maintain records of machine settings, cutting parameters, and production logs for future reference and quality control
