Urgent Requirement – CNC Setter (Machining Division)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled CNC Setter to join our production team. The role involves setting up CNC machines, preparing tools, fixtures, and materials, and ensuring smooth machine operation for precision manufacturing. The CNC Setter will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, loading programs, conducting trial runs, and verifying that machines produce parts within specified tolerances. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge of machining processes, and the ability to troubleshoot issues during setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines with tools, fixtures, and materials as per job requirements.

Load programs and perform trial runs to check accuracy.

Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and precision.

Inspect components using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.).

Coordinate with operators to ensure continuous production.

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: ITI, Diploma

Salary: Above 15k per month
