Urgent Requirement – BPO English Voice Support

Job Role:
We are looking for dynamic and fluent English-speaking candidates to join our voice support team. You will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally

Provide product/service information to customers

Resolve customer issues promptly and clearly

Maintain call records and follow call center protocols

Chennai
Qualification:

Any Degree – Strong English communication is a must
Experience:

Freshers / 0–2 years experience in BPO or customer service
Salary:

15k to 20k per month
Required Skills:

Excellent spoken English

Active listening and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Basic computer handling knowledge
