​Procedure for Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) is as follows:-

​Candidates must:

1. Be at least 17 years of age

2. Have chosen College of Nursing, UBTH, as their first-choice Institution OR proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to College of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City.

3. Have scored a minimum of 160 in the 2026 UTME

​4. Possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in not more than two (2) sittings in WASSCE, NECO or GCE O / Level, which should include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

5. Upload scanned copies of the under-listed on the portal during registration to purchase the post UTME FORM
