The Estates by Malissa is a 40-acre gated farmhouse project in Sohna, Haryana. The whole land is split into just 24 large private estates. Each estate runs from about 1 acre to 2.5 acres. So this is low-density living, not a packed colony. You get open land, tall boundary walls, a single controlled gate, and a proper 5-star resort inside the same compound.

The project sits close to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. The first exit is only about 2 km away.
