Job Summary:
The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies. This role involves identifying risks, enforcing safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Qualification: B. E , B. Tech
