Job Description:

The VMC Operator is responsible for operating and handling Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision metal components as per design specifications. The role includes setting up the machine, selecting cutting tools, loading raw materials, and ensuring proper machine programming and alignment for efficient production. The operator monitors machining processes, inspects components for quality and accuracy, and makes adjustments as required to meet stringent tolerances. Additionally, the VMC Operator performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots issues, and follows safety protocols to ensure a smooth and safe working environment. The operator works closely with engineers, supervisors, and quality teams to meet production targets and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: ITI, Diploma

Salary: Above 16k per month
