Publisher or owner of a newspaper or periodical registered with RNI must submit the following documents for the authentication of the Self-Declaration Certificate for newsprint import:
Self-Declaration Certificate (ANNEXURE I)
Letter of Authority for submission of the Self-Declaration (ANNEXURE II)
Self-attested copy of the Certificate of Registration
Self-attested copy of the Annual Statement filed
Regularity Certificate from the concerned PIB office.
