Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager in automobile field to lead the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures for our manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meets or exceeds customer expectations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Sheet Metal Field as Senior Quality Engineer for Quality Assurance and Control and Customer Handling,
Prepare for the PPAP Documents and Rejection Handling,Ablity to handle the ISO QMS documents and IATF16949 documents Preparation,
Problem Solving thorough 8D Methodology,
MR Activities and Documents, NC HANDLING, 7QC Tooling, SPC AND MSA preparation,
Calibration List Maintained,Gauges and Kaizen Improvements,
Internal and Supplier auditing,
Reduce internal and Customer PPM,
Doing Layout and Part Inspection,
Training to given Subordinates,
Implementation of 5S activities

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Experience with quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Experience with quality control programs, including testing, inspection, and measurement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including safety and environmental regulations, is preferred.
