Job Description:
Our industrial operations' main "Electrical Design Anchor" and "Infrastructure Integrity Guardian" is the electrical engineer. Your main responsibility is to engineer, optimise, monitor, and protect the facility's whole electrical infrastructure, automation architecture, and power distribution footprint, while line technicians take care of spot maintenance and daily panel wiring repairs. This includes managing plant energy consumption patterns, building automated processing systems, managing capital engineering infrastructure upgrades, supervising high-voltage substation assets, and creating sophisticated control logic networks.

Key Skills:
Power System Distribution & Blueprint Literacy: The capacity to create, decipher, and alter intricate electrical single-line diagrams, schematic symbols, logic structures, and sub-station layout configurations.
Automation Programming & Industrial Network Controls: Proficient in setting up and debugging field networks, PLC programming logic, SCADA data interfaces, and industrial control links.
Advanced Electrical Diagnostics & Analytical Testing: Expert proficiency with high-voltage validation equipment, assessing harmonic spectrum readouts, conducting evaluations of relay coordination, and carrying out earth loop test procedures.
Enforcement of Plant Safety Codes and Statutory Compliance: thorough operational knowledge of high-voltage Lockout-Tagout safety procedures, industrial building standards, and national electrical engineering guidelines.
