Prefabricated Structures Manufactured by BNAL are as under:
Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Insulated Prefabricated Shelters
PUF insulation with thickness and density customised according to the project is sandwiched between two numbers pre-coated GI sheets to form the insulated sandwiched panel. For complete sealing, the panels are joined with cam locks and tongue & groove arrangements. In addition to walling and false ceilings, these panels can be used for flooring as well. Smaller structures can use these panels as load bearing panels, while larger span structures can use them as filler walls, supported by trusses, columns, and purlins. High altitude areas require shelters that provide high levels of sound and thermal insulation.
