Retailboon is POS software that also runs your waitlist, self check-in kiosk and AI chatbots. It’s built for restaurants, salons and retail stores. You don’t need one app for payments, another for the queue and a third for messaging customers. It all sits in one dashboard.
It’s a busy evening and the door won’t stop swinging. Someone’s scribbling names on a notepad. A couple of people look at the crowd, sigh, and leave. Salons and shops see the same thing when it gets busy. Retailboon ties billing, queue management and follow-ups together, so fewer people slip through.

What Retailboon POS software does

Every sale, guest and shift is recorded in one place. Your whole team looks at the same live screen, so nobody is guessing. If you get walk-ins and want shorter lines and more people coming back, this is built for you.

POS billing for quick, accurate checkout
Digital waitlist and reservation management
Table and alert management for hospitality
Self check-in kiosk that runs on a tablet
A staff app for clock-in and schedules

Waitlist and reservations

Most people don’t mind waiting. They mind not knowing how long it will take. The waitlist answers that.

Guests can join the waitlist remotely
A live view shows each guest’s place in line
Guests get a notification when it’s their turn
Clear wait times mean fewer walk-aways
Staff can seat people more efficiently
Self check-in kiosk

Put a tablet at the entrance and guests add themselves to the waitlist in seconds. Your front desk can greet people and answer questions instead of keeping a handwritten list.

Guests add themselves to the waitlist instantly
Each guest sees their live position
They’re notified automatically when it’s their turn
Less crowding at the front desk
Arrivals stay organised at peak hours
POS software for fast checkout
