We are seeking an experienced and visionary Maintenance Head to lead the maintenance operations within our advanced injection molding facility. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of all injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and plant infrastructure. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage maintenance budgets, ensure safety compliance, and lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers to achieve world-class operational excellence.
