Operate, Inspect, Succeed – CNC Operator Position

Roles and Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CNC programs to execute machining tasks.

Monitor machine operations, making adjustments to settings, speeds, and feeds as required.

Perform routine inspections of finished products using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Ensure all machined parts meet quality standards and tolerances.

Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure smooth operation.

Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: ITI, Diploma

Salary: Above 15k per month
