Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Safety Assistants with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in industrial safety operations. Candidates must have a solid understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, and risk assessment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and report hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions

Perform risk assessments and support in implementing control measures

Monitor and report near miss incidents

Ensure proper safety compliance in Pump Room operations and other high-risk areas

Assist in conducting regular safety audits and awareness sessions

Maintain documentation and daily safety logs

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in safety or EHS roles

Strong knowledge of basic safety standards and practices

Certification in industrial safety or fire & safety (preferred)

Good communication and observation skills

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Job Location:

Chennai

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹34,000 per month (based on experience)
