About the Role:

As a Medical Billing Executive – Payment Posting, you will play a vital role in the revenue cycle process by posting insurance and patient payments into the billing system accurately. This is not just a data entry job – your accuracy will directly impact the financial health of our clients.

You’ll be working with EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice) and coordinating with internal teams to ensure claims are settled properly. If you have a passion for precision and want to grow in the healthcare BPO industry, this role is a great start!

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Accurately post insurance and patient payments into the billing software

Work with EOBs and ERAs to ensure proper claim reconciliation

Identify and take action on payment discrepancies, rejections, or denials

Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure proper follow-ups

Maintain daily logs and generate payment reports

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and numeric ability

Basic understanding of US healthcare billing and insurance processes

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and quality

Team player with willingness to learn

Qualification:

Any Degree – B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, or any discipline

Freshers with good learning attitude are welcome

Prior experience in medical billing/payment posting will be an added advantage
