Description
Nag Tibba Trek is a great 2-day weekend trek near Mussoorie in Uttarakhand and a great Himalayan adventure in just 2 days. Nag Tibba is one of the highest plateau tops at an elevation of 9915 ft which is located in the lower Garhwal Himalayas. The path begins at Pantwari village and heads towards the broadlimbed uppermost ridge following an easy to moderate path through the thick oak and rhododendron woods up to the summits. The trek offers fantastic views from the top of the trek to Bandarpoonch, to Swargarohini and the Kedarnath range. The trail ‘Daun Bachie' covers an approximate distance of 15–16 km and is considered for starter and first-time trekkers. Nag Tibba is also a beautiful area in winter, with snow and Rhododendrons, and is a perfect short trip away from Dehradun/Delhi into the mountains.
