Location: In And Around Chennai

Your Duties:
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Operations: Carry out planned preventive maintenance procedures and predictive condition monitoring for all paintshop machinery, such as conveyers, pumps, motors, blowers, burners, and heat exchangers.
Robotic and Automation Maintenance: PLC/SCADA control networks and automated robotic spray systems are maintained, calibrated, and troubleshooted.
HVAC, Air Handling, and Cleanroom Environmental Control: Manage the paint booth Air Handling Units, ensuring that the temperature, humidity, downdraft air velocity, and filtration differential pressures (G4, F7, HEPA filters) are all precisely maintained.
CED, Fluid Delivery Systems, and Pretreatment: Diagnose and fix temperature control loops, power rectifiers, heat exchangers, agitation ejectors, CED ultrafiltration membranes, and chemical pretreatment pumps.
Curing Oven & Thermal Safety Systems: To avoid thermal inefficiency or explosion hazards, examine and maintain high-temperature curing ovens, gas burner management systems, exhaust blowers, ductwork and safety interlocks.
