According to the recent press release, around 2,29,969 candidates registered for the CAT 2023 examination out of which only 1,91,660 appeared in the final examination, with 83.3% attendance. The total number of seats in the IIMs for the 2023-24 academic years is 4,5001. As per the data, we can conclude that the admission rate to IIM is 2.35%.
