JD:

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machines according to specified production schedules and procedures.
Monitor machine performance and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery to minimize downtime.
Inspect materials before and after processing to ensure they meet quality standards.
Record machine performance and production data, including output levels, machine malfunctions, and maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while operating equipment and working on the production floor.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety at all times.
Follow all quality control procedures and work instructions to meet product specifications.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous experience in machine operation or a related field (preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15k to 30k per month
