Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to operate and maintain Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-quality precision components. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up tools and fixtures, loading materials, and ensuring accurate machining as per specifications. The operator will be responsible for monitoring machine performance, performing offsets and adjustments when required, and carrying out in-process inspection using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Additionally, the VMC Operator will handle routine machine maintenance, maintain production records, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of machining processes, hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production targets.

Salary: Above 18k per month
